What we store in your browser
Exactly three things, all of them our own. There is not a single third-party one. They are used by Dalyko Partners, S.L. (NIF B21833264, daly@icam.es), and by no one else.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Is consent requested? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
qc_consent_v1 | Local storage | To remember what you decided about cookies, when you decided it and on which version of these policies | Until you delete it or the version of the policies changes | No — art. 22.2 LSSI (Spanish Information Society Services Act) |
dalyko_analytics_consent | Local storage | The same decision, in the format read by the analytics | Until you delete it or the version of these policies changes | No — art. 22.2 LSSI |
dalyko_anon_id | First-party cookie (SameSite=Lax) | Random identifier to measure use of the site | 1 year from its creation | Yes |
The first two do not ask for consent because they are the record of your own decision: without them we would have to ask you again on every page, which is precisely what you do not want.
They also store which version of these policies you said yes to. When the version changes, your previous decision ceases to be valid and we ask you again, because consent given to a different text is not consent to this one.
The third —the only one that genuinely asks for consent— is only created if you accept analytics. If you reject analytics, it never comes into existence.
What analytics does if you accept it
What we measure, and in how much detail, is set out in the privacy policy, in the section “if you only browse the site”. Please read it before deciding: there we explain that the identifier is called anonymous but ceases to be so if you later identify yourself.
A calculation your browser performs that stores nothing
When you start filling in the engagement form, your browser solves a small mathematical problem before the submission goes out. It serves one purpose only: to ensure that the form is not filled in by an automated program.
We mention it here because it also involves accessing your device, even though it stores nothing. It creates no identifier, reads nothing from your device, leaves no trace after submission and cannot be used to recognise you on another visit. Your consent is not requested because it is a security element strictly necessary to provide the service you are requesting (sending us your request), which is the exception in art. 22.2 LSSI.
It only starts when you begin typing, not when you open the page, and it is not used for anything else. If you would rather not go through it, write to us at daly@icam.es: it is an equivalent route.
What you will NOT find here, and it is worth saying so
We do not use Google Analytics. There are no Google tags, no Meta pixel, no advertising tools, no heatmaps and no session recording. No third party receives information about your browsing on this site.
There are no advertising, marketing or profiling cookies, and the settings panel offers no category for them. If any were ever to exist, that would be a new purpose: the version of these policies would change and you would be asked again.
If you do not accept
Nothing happens: the site works just the same. None of the optional cookies is necessary to browse, use the price calculator, engage us or contact us. Rejecting takes the same effort as accepting: a single click, in the same place.
How to change your mind
Through the cookie settings link in the footer, at any time, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Withdrawing it does not affect the processing carried out while it was in force.
You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings — and if you do, we will ask you again.
The four policies on this site share the same version, which is the one archived when you give your consent. The version changes only when the substance changes (a new purpose, a new recipient, a different retention period or a different legal basis); correcting a typo does not create a new version.
